Kathy spent the first 20 years of her career as a marketing executive for a 500-store teen retailer. Her entrepreneurial spirit, along with her friend Susan, led her to leave the corporate world to co-found one of the first salon/spas in the country targeted to teens through a partnership with the iconic magazine, SEVENTEEN.  Creative by nature, Kathy is a free-lance writer, marketing and interior design consultant and graphic and jewelry designer. She has worn the hat of ‘general contractor’ for many renovations in her homes as well as others.
